Who this is for
Three situations we are built for.
Multi-entity, multi-state or multi-country
You operate several entities, sell or hire in many states, or have a subsidiary abroad. You need one chart of accounts, a consolidated close with eliminations, and tax handled in every jurisdiction by one team.
Companies past $30M in revenue with two or more entities, states or countries.
An audit, a financing or an exit ahead
A Series B or later round, a lender review, your first audit or a sale is coming in the next twelve months. You need financials that hold up in diligence, a data room, and someone who has run the process before.
PE-backed, venture-backed or owner-led companies preparing for a transaction.
An in-house team with a gap
You have a CFO or controller and need the accounting team under them, a NetSuite migration, audit support, or coverage through a departure. We scope the division of work and your point of contact coordinates with your team.

What a month looks like
Consolidated close by the 10th.
Board package by the 15th.
At this scale, a late close means a late board meeting, a stale forecast and an auditor waiting on schedules. With indinero, every entity closes on the same calendar and the group result is ready on a date you can plan around.

Client story
Diligence-ready
in about a month.
Irish Benedict, a Bay Area M&A advisory firm, could not sell or finance a client whose financials would not survive diligence. It made indinero the finance team for its clients: month-end and year-end close, GAAP reporting, LLC-to-C-corp conversions and tax across jurisdictions, with companies ready for diligence in about a month.
"No one can sell a company without solid financial reporting. Indinero has helped manage this process dozens of times for me and my clients."

FAQ
Questions finance leaders ask.
Which companies is indinero's enterprise solution built for?
Companies past about $30M in revenue, typically 200 or more people, with the complexity that comes with that size: multiple entities, states or countries, an annual audit, outside investors or lenders, or a transaction ahead. Between $3M and $30M, the Mid-sized + Growing solution is the better fit. For groups of several operating companies, see Multi-Entity Accounting.
| Situation | Typical profile | What indinero handles |
|---|---|---|
| Single entity, $30M+ | 200–500 people | Controller-led close, departmental reporting, audit management, multi-state tax, NetSuite |
| Multi-entity or multi-country | Several entities or subsidiaries | Consolidation with intercompany eliminations, multi-currency, local registrations and filings |
| Transaction ahead | Financing, audit or exit in the next 12 months | Diligence-ready financials, data room, technical accounting memos, LLC-to-C-corp conversion |
How does the enterprise offering differ from the startup and mid-sized plans?
Scope and seniority. Enterprise engagements add consolidation across entities and currencies with intercompany eliminations, audit management, technical accounting such as revenue recognition and lease accounting, multi-jurisdiction tax, and a CFO advisor who has prepared companies for financing, audit and exit. The team is led by a controller and can work as your full finance function or alongside an in-house team.
How do you handle tax and regulatory compliance for complex businesses?
Federal, state and local income tax across every jurisdiction you operate in, with provisions and quarterly estimates; sales and use tax nexus studies, registrations and filings by state; R&D tax credit studies; entity-structure and conversion work, such as LLC to C-corp; and support for subsidiaries in other countries, including local registration. Tax is planned with your accounting team during the year, with an annual calendar of every filing and deadline.
Can you manage our audit?
Yes. Indinero prepares audit-ready financial statements and supporting schedules, runs the PBC list, fields the auditor's requests and resolves findings, so your leadership team is not pulled into fieldwork. The same preparation supports lender reviews and investor due diligence.
Which systems and technology do you work in?
NetSuite for most enterprise clients, with QuickBooks Online Advanced where it still fits, and we manage the migration between them. We connect Bill.com, Expensify, ADP or Rippling, Carta and your bank feeds to the Exchange, indinero's client platform, where consolidated results, cash and open items are reviewed every month.
Can you work alongside our in-house finance team?
Yes. Many enterprise clients keep a CFO or controller in-house and bring in indinero for the accounting team, the close, tax, audit support or a system migration. We scope the division of work at the start and your point of contact coordinates with your team.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on the number of entities and jurisdictions, transaction volume and the services you choose, on month-to-month terms. After a first conversation, indinero sends a proposal for your company.
